Pricing

I charge £40 per hour for on site work. Charged in 30 minute periods after the first hour.

If we agree that I will take your computer away, all charges will be agreed before hand and any unexpected additional costs will be discussed with you before the work is undertaken. If there are any concerns, I will return the computer to you in the same condition at no charge.

Any parts that are required will be charged in addition to my time.

Your Data

I will take every precaution to ensure that your data is not affected, however this cannot be guaranteed.
It is your responsibility to ensure your data is backed up or advise me of any critical data (file name & location) that you have not been able to back up.
